Biography - Daniel J. Dructor

DructorDanny Dructor currently serves as Executive Vice President of the American Loggers Council.  Prior to accepting the position with ALC, Mr. Dructor owned and operated BMP Logging, Inc. in Cleveland, Texas.  He has also held positions with industry involving wood procurement, contract administration and mill management.  With a degree in Forestry obtained from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1979, Danny has also performed consulting forester services for private and industrial forest landowners.  Danny sits on the Board of the Texas Forestry Association, has served as President of the Texas Logging Council,  has served on legislative committees from both the American Loggers Council and the Texas Forestry Association to promote issues which impact logging businesses and forest management practices.  Danny and his wife, Doris, reside on Toledo Bend Reservoir and have two grown daughters; the oldest serving in the United States Coast Guard and the youngest, married and living near Conroe, Texas.
