We have been deluged by responses to Barry Wynsma's thoughtful essay on Forest Service leadership - or the lack thereof. Provided here is some feedback on the essay.
Holly McKenzie graduated in 1991 with a B.S. in Forestry from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She has worked for the U.S. Forest Service, Montana Department of Natural Resources, Weyerhaeuser Company, and New England Forestry Consultants. Holly currently does some consulting forestry work with private landowners and resides in Columbia Falls, Montana with her husband, Paul and two young children. She is currently an active member of Montana Women in Timber, Montana Tree Farm Program, Society of American Foresters, and Project Learning Tree. Other activities include hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting.
