PERC, the Property and Environmental Research Center, Bozeman, Montana, has produced a very thoughful report concerning green energy. The report, written by Alison Berry and edited by Laura Huggins, provides a wealth of information for anyone wanting to more about green energy's many possibilities - especially those which might someday flow from dead and dying federal forests. Ms Berry was still with PERC at the time she wrote this report.
