The 49er Chapter of the Society of American Foresters at Sonora, California has written a very instructive letter to California Senator, Dianne Feinstein. To her great credit, Senator Feinstein has made a personal effort to better understand why California's national forests are dying and what can be done about it. SAF's letter answers the question.
