Small-wood News - April 7, 2010

From the Editor

For those of you following the USDA's Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP), you know the agency is accepting public comments through April 9th on their proposed rule. Go to the Featured Stories section below and click on the briefing paper written by Jay O'Laughlin and Rich Lane (that they prepared for the Western Governor's Association) as well as the USDA press release on BCAP. We encourage as many as possible to submit your own comments.

Best wishes,

Craig Rawlings
