| FROM THE EDITOR ~ |

Dear Readers:
I want to make you all aware of two upcoming forestry equipment demonstrations in October described in detail in the CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, EQUIPMENT DEMOS section of this week's newsletter. This Friday, October 2nd, Levi Cheff will host a live equipment demonstration in the Helena, MT area. On October 18th, the Utah Biomass Resources Group, the U.S. Burea of Land Management, Bloomin Ranch Service, and forestry equipment manufacturers will hold an equipment field day demonstration near Beaver, UT. The Utah demonstration will provide landowners, contractors, agency personnel and biomass purchasers the opportunity to view woody biomass as it's changed into a transportable product. I know the organizers for both events and can guarantee the demonstrations will be very informative and useful.
Best wishes,
Craig Rawlings
